 We are going to learn about different alcoholic beverages.
Lets start with the beverage which have lowest ABV that is Beer🍺.
Beer:-
Beer is one of the oldest and most consumed alcoholic drink in the world and third most popular drink after water and tea.
Beer is obtained by fermentation of grains (malted barley, wheat, maize, and rice) and brewed with hops.
Beer= Grains + Hops + Water + Yeast
Beer was introduced before 6000 BCE which was made using barley in summer. The basic technique of brewing came to Europe from middle east. The beer is most consumed by Czech Republic, Ireland, Germany, Austria and many.

## The beer process starts with
Malting (steeping ; germination ; kilning) where grains are soaked in water and the water is changed after every 6 to 8 hrs then moisture is removed by passing heated air through grain bed. Then it is transferred into roller mill in which the grain get milled and we get grist (grain powder); then grist is transferred to mash mixer in which water is added. The ratio of water and grist should be 5:2 , then transfer into lauter turn it is basically a strainer which filters husk and the water which we get is known as wort later, the wort is transferred in brewing kettle in which hops are added then it is boiled , after hops gives flavor, aroma then it is removed from the kettle and the wort is transferred into whirlpool separator in which hops get seperated and we get the hop flavored wort. Later, we cool the liquid and place it into fermentation tank where yeast is added. Then we filterate the liquid so the yeast will get removed and place the liquid into maturation tank for 3 to 4 weeks
At the end we clean and sterilize the bottles then fill the green malt (beer) and place the crowned. The process ends up with packaging
