My First Blog

I am priyanka, a hospitality student from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
This is going to be my first blog , somewhere I am so excited whereas quite nervous. I was so confused how should I start my blog.
I got inspired by one of my friend Surabhi Purav a fine blogger.
When I joined hospitality the only goal I had was to be a good chef , What the term good chef mean? Don't know. Still everyone in the class with same goal. Later I knew about Food and Beverage service, quite interesting. It is a combination of all the four departments, now you might get a question How?
The moment when guest enters we welcome them as front office department do ; we make them seat on a clean and hygienic chair as the housekeeping department do ; We explain all the menu with the ingredients and its preparation as the chef do ; and we serve with pride and dignity .
I always got inspired by our Food and Beverage professor Mr. Saurabh chandel Mr. Rohan shivekar and Mr. Ajay budke and one of our fine professor Mr Aniket sarode always motivated us to do something new and different and encouraged us on every step.
I will be sharing about food and beverage. I will be starting from the history of food and beverage . This is my first blog if any mistake please correct me and please do comment.
